Is it just me, or are others getting PM spam?

Seems to be the same spammers found in other forums.

Give me a pm address to report said spammers.

Please PM/Forward any users who've spammed you and I'll ban them.

Chances are, if you PM me as soon as you get it, I can have them banned within minutes.

Cool. But how can we distinguish spammers? How do we know if they are real spammers or so? Let say a spammer was already banned what are the risk that might got into his/her account on this forum? I just read the regulation of this forum but it was not totally stated all the risk that might affect on the account itself. Any reply please? Thanks.
